I just upgraded my Windows 10 Home to Pro, and when I open Local user and groups settings by opening «lusrmgr. So I tried to reset windows and still says the same thing.

Then I tried to Add Local users lusrmhr groups in the Management Console window and it prompted me with the same «not available in this version of windows 10» error message at the Choose Target Machine window. I did not have to restart but I did make sure to save Console 1 iron man theme for windows 10 its default folder before I close it out.
